LOL! I was thinking the same thing.

Also, the seller can ask for as much as he wants... Fair market value and perceived value are two completely different things. If the owner thinks it's worth close to $18k then that's what they can sell it for. Now, if someone buys it for that price... that's a COMPLETELY different story...
