Well if BMW does it you can bet Lexus isn't far behind.

 

I think it would be great if Lexus built a compact SUV to challange the RDX, X3 and such. The design pictured above though is not that great.

 

I really hope they do not produce this model either...particularly from an image point of view. I somehow feel a small SUV like the one pictured does not fit Lexus' image. Do these mini crossover SUV-wannabe's have so much demand?

 

if they can make it look better, go for it. I think there is a market for it.

 

There won't be any hatchback 1 series or 4 cylinder gas Lexus anytime soon.
