Have always thought that Lexus "customer service", (which more often than not is an oxymoron), is a benchmark and once again I`m impressed.
100 miles from dealer........Bad Delphi battery on `04 RX.......Go buy an Interstate, from Toyo dealer........fax the receipt.........get reimbursed....
