Autocar Reviews
Is it illegal to post pictures and articles/reviews from car magazines on forums? I don't want to do anything illegal... Honestly, Mods?
I need to know ASAP. I know alot of people do it, but I also know alot of people that download songs for free. I don't.
But I guess I can scan a review and post it, right? I mean im not using it for commercial purposes nor am I stating it to be my work...

I'm not a mod ( or a lawyer ) but I can tell you that posting auto mag tests is not illegal...that information is put on the websites freely for the public. Now, selling it, of course, would be another matter........that might infringe on copyright laws.......but who is going to buy something they can just click the mouse a few times to read?
The auto magazine editiors aren't stupid....they know that people are reading their web sites and downloading them. They put these things on the web sites knowing that will happen.
As proof, you will find that some magazines DON'T post the latest issues or articles immediately...they make you wait at least a week or so....sometimes more. That, of course, is their decision.
