my guess was the pictures were taken by using either Nikon D70/D70s or Canon EOS 1D/5D, and I was half correct, the owner used canon 5d. anyways

Car is beautiful in every way. Very tastefully done. Not over-flashy like most E46's I've seen. But it's official, I need a new camera. My S5100 isn't cuttin it anymore. Any suggestions on a digital that will take pics like that?
Congrats to the owner for owning one if the cleanest M3's I've seen.

JK For years I've used teutonic to describe only those german cars that are powerful but graceful, expensively modded but tastefully understated.....really cool and exclusive. IMO teutonic is tough as granite but comfortable. Fast but unshakable at very high speeds...and really safe to be in. Forgive me for saying this but as much as I love Lexus, it will never be teutonic...because I include heritage, too. Lexus heritage is from Toyota. Toyota's are nice cars but can never be thought of as having a heritage that evokes emotion. At least not to me.
