I did. They really high balled the price at first then ended up taking $1000 or so off. I paid $2650 for 36 months/75k with a $100 deductable (please don't tell me I got shafted lol).
Oh well, I'll be seeing them again in a month or two and paying them back. The warranty has been good though, I'ver had to use it a few times and I have never been given problems when they needed to pay for things, apparently the warranty company is one of the best. The $3k was worth it.

and in terms of performance? i almost have no doubt that the e60 m5 will eat the e39 alive
