Hindustan Ambassador (lateral cousin of the Morris Oxford) has only been in production since 1957.

The Chevrolet Corvette has been produced since 1954

that would be a 4 year difference

and for ****s and giggles, the Volkswagen Beetle has been in production since pre-1945 (1931-1945 were limited production since first they prototyped and then germany was at war.)

hey man...you are right about corvette....but the ambassador has the same exact sheet metal as it did in 57.....corvette has the same name but the car has changed over the years.....but the ambassador hasnt changed except for slight grill and bumper enhancements........and...an isuzu power plant!!

Specifically, it is a 1959 Cadillac. The '59 had the most garish and outlandish styling, and was perhaps the most famous of past Cadillacs.
