07 Civic Si Sedan(prices announced)
I doubt many people here are going to like this car. Its hard for many people to drive a luxury car and then step into a $20,000 subcompact.
For the class it competes in though, I have to say its a nice car and they've done a good job with it. I'm sure its pretty fun to drive. I probably am not really interested in this type of car, but i'm not going to rip on it.

The color-keyed grill is nice. All the sedans should use the understated cp. grill(black color). The SI sedan grill(following the Si cp. color-keyed grill) is nice too but I actually prefer the black grill from the Civic cpe.(non-SI). Its easy to switch the grill though, Honda will do it for a few $100. All u have to do is remove the wing(and switch the grill) and u have a great, safe, good-looking / fuel economical car @ a great price

Hmm, who designed the Si spoilers this time? Both the coupe and the sedan spoilers look tacky... reminds me of those that GM adds to the Malibu. I like the interior though, with the red stitching and nice aluminium pedals.
the concept has brembos..not production (correct me if i am wrong)
in any case, the design, quality, fit and finish of the SI's interior is outstanding. easily best in class. i would definitely drive it....

American Honda today announced pricing for the all-new 2007 Honda Civic Si. The Civic Si Sedan officially goes on sale today (Nov 1) with a manufacturer's suggested retail price of $21,290, plus $595 for destination and handling.
The car features a 197-horsepower, 2.0-liter i-VTEC 4-cylinder engine, six-speed manual transmission with helical-type limited slip differential, a rear spoiler, 17-inch wheels, stability control, and more. City/highway fuel economy is predicted at 23/32 miles per gallon.
^ none, at 7000 rpm
edit: 139 lb-ft @ 6100 rpm. Weight is 2945 lbs which is about 70 lbs heavier than the Coupe. Should be able to 0-60 right around 7s and be good for a low/mid-15s 1/4 mile with a good driver. Should be enough to outpace the Mazda3s (2.3) but it's still toast vs anything with forced induction. A Mazdaspeed3 will destroy this thing.

About 40 lb-ft less torque than your Jetta, but about 4s faster in the 1/4 mile.
Obviously, ya gotta wind the sucker out past 6k, get it on the hot VTEC cam and keep it there if you want it to move, otherwise it's nothing special. Not my cup of tea, but plenty of fun for those that enjoy that flavor of engine design.
