My vote is leaning towards no. Maybe with a great 60 foot a 10.8+ is attainable, but I'm still inclined to say 127 trap speed will result in a time just short of the 10's.

It's impossible to say without more information; as mkorsu mentioned a 60' would be very helpful. I've seen quite a few low 11's with 129-130mph traps, so I'd say it's possible but not probable - but more information is definitely needed.

I don't know. I have seen a muscle car at my local track (7,400 foot elevation) pull a 10.7 with 200 km/h trap. However, I have noticed that vehicle speeds run differently from car to car. I raced a V8 modified truck and the difference in times was .1 second, but his vehicle speed was about 8 km/h slower than mine.

ok, guys, what about with optimal track conditions, 60ft time of 1.6s, and a good driver.

A 1.6 60 is pretty good. That, a good driver, and a cool evening and I would say it's doable. I still think that even with all those factors, the times would be in the 10.8x to 11.1x range.

One run might be in the 10's and the next might be in the 11's. Only way to know for certain is to get that cat out there and run it!!!

You'll definitely do under 2 seconds in the 60 foot department. 1.6 should be possible.
