You have $15,000 to spend
Guys,
My ongoing quest to find a second car has still come up short so I turn to you again. I have decided against the Escalade (Thanks M ) and the Armada and decided to drop my amount to spend.
Here are the rules.
Must have less than 60k and be at least a 99 model or newer. I have decided that I do not want to spend anymore than $15,000 on it so keep that as a max.
I do not like Subaru's or small cars.
So help me decide.
Jonny

OK...I take it that you want as nice an SUV as possible within your stated limitations here.
The Toyota Highlander, unless you have to do heavy towing or off-road use, has always been an excellent mid-sized SUV for all-around use.
I did a KBB ( Kelly Blue Book ) for you on a 2001 4-cyl with AWD and 60,000 miles...average equipment. ( wasn't sure of your zip ) .......$15,480 retail ( a V6 would be about a thousand more)

With a little barganing you could probably negotiate $15,000 on one.

i looked on KBB (with my zip because i didn't know yours)...
and i found that a 2000 SR5 Sport Utility 4d Toyota 4runner
with 71,000 miles (11,000 over what you wanted )
V6 3.4 liter automatic....
goes for $14,785
with a bit of bargaining... you could probably get that down more...
not sure if this is much help but a 4runner, highlander, or rav4 may be pretty nice choices...
