So i take it that this is BMW's version of the Maybach? An ultra luxury sedan that is meant to be chauffeured around in?

That particular L7 was in Thailand. In Thailand, I believe L7 only comes with the V12 (same engine as 750IL). As for the price, I don't remember exactly how much it was. However it was substantial more than 750IL.
