Wow, some people really in the dark over here ROFL.
That car has been around a while now and everyone (at least I thought) was aware of it. Its been the subject of everything from idiot Viper owners that wont believe a 3 liter can make 1900hp to turbo Hayabusa owners wanting to race the car.
Believe its 0-60 times people. I believe the car was cutting 1.3 60' with less horsepower.
It ran a mid 8 at 165mph while making much less horsepower than that big dyno gave... the car has the mph now to run 7s.
And yes its streetable... he drives it on the street... it has a very high stall speed on a built automatic transmission. I've got vids of him driving the thing around at night(one of them was at TX2K5 IIRC)
And one thing to know... I know most of you dont really know much about dynos and horsepower/torque figures... nothing wrong with that, this is a Lexus forum afterall. But Marko's car dynoed 1520rwhp through a Chevy TH400 automatic transmission that sucks up about 23-26% of the power from the engine before it plants it to the pavement. AND it made that amount of power on a mustang dyno, which routinely gives a certain percentage LOWER numbers than your typical dynojet. This car was possibly making in excess of 2000hp at the crank... thats 2000bhp. If you ever wondered why there's so much talk about the 2JZ being one of the best motors ever created... THAT is one of the main reasons why. You wont find any Nissan motors short of built-up V8s even coming close to that amount of power. (even the overhyped RB26).
That car in that ad is a legend. I hope it goes to a good home.

I thought Ryan Woon's car was faster?
Either way thats a bad **** and its streetable just turn down the boost and drive. Id doubt he takes it out on the street with 1500 rwhp unless hes just bored. I know id do it lol
