Yes!!! Thats exactly what I was thinking! I was thinking of saying its slavaged with a front clip or something like that. I called the Minnesota Department of Transportation but they put me on hold for too long so i'll try again today.

I know motorex does the skylines but they won't convert anything else for some reason.

I think right now the best path would be to have it registered as a kit car.

If anyone knows what that program is called that would REALLY help me out!
