probably on the normal 911, but on the 996 c4s or so, i think the wide body in the back is pretty good still?
no clue on the reving problem though, i try not to read much on porsche, coz' i know i will want one so badly

The 997 was made with more pronouched rear hunches, ala 993, many thought the 996 was too smooth and not aggresive enough. n
Great looking Porsche, but I REALLY dislike those Exhaust Tips. I saw them up close at the Porsche dealer where they sell them for $160 a pair. I don't like how they look.
Yah, the 996 Turbo is wider than the 997, which is wider than the standard "narrow body" 996.
The 996 C4 is a narrow body, the 996 C4S is widebody, same body & wheels as the 996 Turbo but without the quarter panel side intake vents. Think of it as a turbo with an "engine delete" option.
