Quote: Yea...I guess that's possible. A few years back, my brother had two accidents. The 1st one, a parked car jumped out in front of him and he hit it. Got the car fixed and a week later he was stoped at the red light and saw two cars crash. The impact sent one of the cars into a light pole and guess what...the light pole fell right on the hood of his newly fixed car
oh man, sorry to hear that.... that's very very bad luck man

Interesting that there is barely a scratch (from what you can see) on the wall. It doesn't look indented at all. Probably because he nailed the pole going sideways.

What is strange, it that is doesn't look like there is a lot of room to go that fast to cause something that damaging to happen. (contruction site in background, railroad tracks, and where he is stopped, what appears to be parking (by 2 trucks (one's old 40's) parked at end of row and lines on road)).
from the pic, that should be the case. if you look at the door, it's dented, there is no scratch. that means teh car hit the pole sideway. if you look at the other side of the wall then i think you will see some scratches

my guess is he was making a tight turn on a tight road, got it on too much, tail went out, rest was history

btw, from teh damage, is the car totalled?

I think the damage done to the front of the car was done by the curb. Murci's sit low... very very low. Hit a curb. Say bye bye to your bumper and hood... trunk... thing?

I sure wouldn't want it back.

Does anyone know the actual story?

Look at how the car is bent OVER the curb. That almost certainly is some serious frame damage. There would be nothing worse than driving a Lambo with a crapped out chassis, twisting and rolling around.

That is just disgusting to look at, it will never be perfect again, bet on that.

i just hate seeing nice cars get into accidents, just the saddest thing, but of course whoever is in the car is more important and a life is more important than any car, just my two cents, but that us a nice car though, said seeing a 6 digit car looking like that

yes and no.

if anyones determined enough its fixable, but considering how this guy is probably rich, its probably easier for him to just pick up another one.

If that was me and I had his money, itd hurt as much as messing up an s13 (replacable)... seriously its just a car.

anyone can dig up pics of my rear ended sc300 that was later fixed...

I thought the same thing when I saw the pic!

You don't need much room to get up to speed in a Murcielago...

Could the cause have been due to lack of experience with a manual? Maybe it was a [woman] driver who was trying to park that beauty and hit the gas instead of the clutch?

Note to self, don't buy a yellow Murcielago off eBay any time soon...

There's lots of money in that beautiful city... probably a CEO or something. I'm sure he/she isn't losing sleep over it!
