IS sedan spotted on the streets of CA! Pics inside
The only problem I have with the 06 IS design is that big and tall azz. Cars are chicks to me, chicks with big azzes gives me nightmares. Usualy chicks wear dark color pants to make their azzes look smaller and thinner and it usually works, but it doesn't seem to work very well for this IS with the dark camoflage. It seemed to have enhanced the flab IMO. Hopefully production versions of IS with darker colors will hide the flab better than these 2 prototypes.

that is so cool...but it must get boring after a while
however...i would love to have that job for a week for every new car that is testing

I didn't know that LEXUS had another office in Irvine.

Call me crazy (and I know someone will), but with all that camo they look more like a new 3-series than an IS to me. The tail lights especially are reminiscent of the 7 and now the 5. I will be very disappointed if Lexus is taking design cues from the Banglemeister!

you didn't know?
the new GS has one design trait that has been pretty much labeled the "BMW Kink" if you check out the C-pillar of the new GS, it's got a kink in their that has been a part of every BMW since the 2002. it's also called the "Hoffmeister's Kink" after the guy who designed it.
I spotted a debadged Flint Mica GS450h driving on the 91 freeway around 10pm last Wednesday night. Had the blue Michigan Manfuacturer specialty plates like those camo test IS's are running with.
