Why you shouldn’t run from the cops
Chris Rock made what I thought was an EXCELLENT video ( some of you might have already seen it ) about not running from the cops and how to act properly, using common sense, to keep from getting beat up....but not all agreed. Some people thought it was racist, others just simplistic and unrealistic. I thought he just correctly told it like it is.
I have been hesitant to post it on CL for those reasons.......it may or may not offend some people here.......but you can view it elsewhere if you want.

Of course his ex-wife/victim probably wasnt totally blameless.

If he was wearing the seat belt and got ejected like that, man, I selling my SUV.

How he didn't hit anyone passing beneath that overpass (2 different directions of medium traffic) is just luck. And he passed in front of the car at the end of the off ramp without hitting it either.
What a sad story. Unfortunately someone like him will be in the news tomorrow, and the next day, and the next day.........................
imagine driving under the over pass and seeing this white blur flashing right in front of you.
But the Darwin award of the day goes to......
That Guy.
Moral of this story, don't be "That Guy"

looked like he passed just behind a truck going southbound on the street under the overpass. If he'd been there a split secong earlier the suburban would've taken out the top of the truck. The dude passing under the overpass got lucky bigtime.
Yeah also check out how the end of the guardrail just rips off the front left wheel so easily as he leaves the road.
It is amazing how he didn't hit anybody else. I've been through that area of St. Louis several times, that highway is always busy.
