Oh right, I remember seeing a "Burnt Orange" Xb around SoCal.
Its one of those Scion Specials, right?
I wanted a Red Legacy 2.5 GT Wagon, but will probably wait till 2006.
Give Subie 2 years to workout all the bugs and hopefully they'll throw in some goodies for 06
I just wish Toyota/Lexus will give us a decent wagon..........
Burnt-orange xB's are not just in SoCal......I have seen a number of them here in the D. C. area.
They were painted at the factory....not at dealerships.
You don't have to wait.....the 2005 Legacy / Outback is a superb product RIGHT NOW. it gives you Lexus-type fit-and-finish for a Subaru price
And Subaru warrants the 2.5 engine for 8 years / 100,000 miles if a special cooling-system conditioner is used....that was done to help address the head-gasket failure problem, a weak point on older models.
You don't consider the Matrix a decent small wagon.....or are you talking about something with 4 or 5 doors?

I meant sports wagons, something like the Legacy GT (not Outback) Audi A4 / A6 Avant
BMW 3 / 5 series wagons, Volvo V70s V50s,that kind of proper wagon
IMHO, Matrix is more like a crossover, tall wagon, mini-mini van
they should bring the Caldina over, that thing rocks!!!!!!!!!!
I actually spotted 2 of these in Torrance,CA around the Toyota National Headquarters I live about 7 minutes from it so I see some pretty cool cars around here.
