I dont know where I should've put this, Southern California only covers itself, and nobody really goes to pacific section thus making this thread redundant.

I think there is 12,000+ signatures (which is probably not even close to getting any action done but I guess it is worth the try). Also, I'm not sure if only California residents/citizens can sign this. Anybody wanna chime in?
