Looks to me like he was going from left to right from the camera's point of view, but lost it, the car is now OFF THE ROAD (note the white line) and he's trying to correct to get the car back on the road, but the combination of braking, massive oversteer and the *** end being off the road has unweighted the right side of the car. Yes, I would say the driver probably soiled his shorts!

yup, looks like it. right turn, serious oversteer, try to correct, brake, rear lifted up, right side lifted up, boom, nice pic @_@
