We all know the Benz is way nicer, but obviously the Stang is quicker. Apples to Oranges-but still, I guarantee that it's fun (and degrading to the Benz guy) to smoke a $100,000 car with a FORD

It did pull on the Merc. on the freeway.
However, I thought the Cobra had a jump start a second sooner than the Merc. did. Or did it not?

I had an old(1985) notchback N/A ford stang with a 300hp crate motor and five speed and it ran 12.80. So add 200 hp to that and there you go
Were you watching the same vid? That Cobra clearly pulled on that Benz. I'm sure the Cobra has more mods than you think. Bolt ons are a dime a dozen for those cars. Kinda looked like the Cobra may have been running out of gear top speed on the highway. He's probably got 3.73 rear end.

I'd say the Cobra has got him by a tenth or two in the 1/4 mile, pretty even but advantage Cobra. Btw, the Benz probably does have more hp, but the stang is lighter and the manual trans robs much less HP

That sounds about right.
It must have gotten some serious hp underneath its hood if it could walk away from that Merc. like this.
Either that or the Merc's trunk is filled with shot puts. j/k
