Since it has an Arizona plate, I'm betting this is one of two SOS (Science of Speed) cars. The first is a white one owned by the owner/co owner of Science of Speed, and this one is the Carbon Fiber version of the same wide body kit owned by another Science of Speed worker. These cars are simply rolling showcases of all the parts offered by SOS. I'm not sure what this one has, but the white one has a full built NA motor with ITBs, a 3.3 built motor, and puts down more than 100HP to the wheels over a stock NSX. That should be close to or over 400HP at the flywheel. Not bad for an all NA car.

damn, for a NA car i think it's very very nice! for 3.3, that's way over 100hp/l, what else can you ask for man

Well, I'm only guessing on the crank HP, but the car puts down about 340HP to the wheels. For the 3.0 NA1 cars. A typical stock 3.0 puts down about 230-240Hp to the wheels with a rated 270 crank HP. After doing the math it probably is more like 380 crank HP.
