Picked up a new toy
Hey Jon,
After reading your extensive write-up of the turbo project, I never imagined you selling BOTH the SCs.
Good luck with the NSX
and I hope you stick around, cuz some of these newbs really need your great advice.
Actually, once I start my na-t, i'm probably gonna ask you a few ?s as well.

Jet, I don't have a complete list of what's done to it yet, but basically it's got all the important mods you can do to one of these cars, everything but the supercharger. Yes, Gazi...
i'm considering it, but this one's apparently very quick for an X, i'll leave it be until after the wedding (how many times have I said that
)....then we'll see. Have to buy Deb a new car in a few months too, guess I could always install a Comptech blower and get her a Kia Sorrento
. I'd be afraid to fall asleep around her for months. 'No baby, i'm not mad...why don't you just take a nap?'
CK6Speed, i've been on prime for awhile, lurking. My SN is 'TurboLexus' on there.
As for the colour, I actually wanted Formula Red, but with the blk/blk I can go a little carbon crazy, they make cf everything for these cars, but man nothing is cheap, it's a whole 'nuther scale.
Mr. Johnson, car is getting delivered, can't get away from work to go pick it up. I've used more transport companies in the past year then I care to admit.
reggie, they're so different...but both great cars IMO. Whereas the SC300 Turbo was more of a sledgehammer, the X is more of a scalpel.
Off the top of my head, here's the mods for whoever asked, i'm sure i'm forgetting a couple things...

Wow, already modded...just sign and drive! What year is it?
Reminds me of a couple weeks ago...I pass a blue new model NSX (I could tell by the updated headlights). It's beautiful but not modded, didn't need to be. Anyway, I'm looking at the guy and his car and he was looking just as hard at the platinumsc. We gave each other that nod thing we guys do. Felt pretty good. The NSX is one of the very few cars I'd take over the sc. Serious talk.

Funny how just about every thread I start gets moved, alot of ppl seem to complain to me about the same problem. I've been on here for years, if I wanted the thread here I would have put it here, I know what i'm doing, i'm a mod on another Lexus site, the forum ***** need to chill out. You can box my thread or talk about me in the mod forum, but i'm not the one with the problem here. You guys are putting a bad taste in my mouth about coming here, and that's why you've lost a bunch of big name members recently as well, when it becomes too aggravating ppl will start going elsewhere, you're taking the fun out of it....I don't think this is what Ethan wants.
