I don't like the look of it at all. It falls in line with the rest of the ugly designs with BMW recently.

Yeah....it's ugly enough for Chris Bangle to consider putting it on future Bimmers.

WHAT THE F***. Let's compare shall we?

This is quite a good looking car. I would not have a problem owning one

I realized its camo'd, but the lines, bulbous sides, and half closed looking headlights destroy this car.

Wow, I can't believe what's going on in the Bimmer camp right now! Did they come up with these designs a few years ago, and now it's too late to go back on? My girlfriend's dad just finished a lease on his 01 530i with sport package (nice lippy rims, beautiful blue) and he passed up a new 530 and bought the E39. As an average Bimmer owner, he agrees the new designs aren't as nice and way too expensive.

No, but with the I-Drive, you might have a problem DRIVING it.

I believe the headlights look half-closed because they're camo'd. Look at the outer edges of the headlights for their real shape (even though it isn't much better looking either).

I agree that the new lines and profile are a step backwards too.

I was referring to the current E46. On BMW's site they're not listed as having iDrive.

The sides and the back don't look very even either. I love the current 3 series, and this is shameful.

OK...point taken. Enjoy the current E46 while it lasts.
