Yall are looking at it from an enthusiast perspective. This will sell fine. It’s a crossover and they almost all sell no questions asked. It looks fine and will be more spacious than most other 5 seaters.
Yeah but they don't.
Crossover doesn't mean instant sales lol and the QX50/QX55 flop proved that. I'm sure QX65 will be more successful but how many people are really gonna fork out 60-65k for this?
I dont see this selling amazing either honestly. The QX60 sold just a bit over 30k units last year and crossover coupes always sell much less than their more traditional counterparts. 30k units for vehicle priced and meant to compete directly against the RX is pretty abyssmal.

It’s kind of a CX70 from a CX90 strategy.
unless it's a lot cheaper, why would anyone buy this frumpy fwd cuv instead of a genesis gv70?
I think only enthusiasts will care that the GV70 is RWD.
Lexus has shown that there's plenty of people willing to spend luxury car money for an FWD because they don't even think about which wheels move the car.
Even if it was the 400hp TTV6 - that engine has been around more than a decade now. It looks like a cross between the new Trailblazer and something else.
Infiniti was the only company that I can remember that found a way to fail in the midsize Luxury Crossover segment recently. Hope this turns out better for them.

Maserati too!
Levante discontinued after 2023... with no successor?!
I've always thought some of their cars (Nissan/Infiniti) look good but for some reasons I always ended up picking something else from Honda/Toy/Lexus... I've actually never test driven one. Lol.
I think this QX65 and QX55 look nice and some of their other current cars as well.
