Hyundai Motor America Reports November 2025 Sales

  • Hybrid sales surge 42% in November
  • Tucson, Santa Fe and Palisade each deliver double-digit sales growth in November
  • Hyundai achieves best-ever retail and total sales for the first 11 months of the year
FOUNTAIN VALLEY, Calif., Dec. 2, 2025 – Hyundai Motor America reported November total sales of 74,289 units, a 2% decrease compared with November 2024. Hybrid sales reached new heights, jumping 42% and resulting in the best hybrid vehicle sales month of all time. This was also the best all-time month for Tucson with sales increasing 18%. Best ever November model results include Santa Fe (+13%), Palisade (+10%), Sonata HEV (+12%), Elantra HEV (+96%) and Elantra N (+45%).

“Hyundai’s November sales highlighted the strength of our SUV lineup, with Tucson, Santa Fe, and the all-new Palisade each posting double-digit growth,” said Randy Parker, president and CEO, Hyundai Motor North America. “Hybrid demand remains strong, and we set a new all-time monthly record for hybrid vehicle sales. Through the 1st 11 months of the year, we’re on a record pace and fully expect to go ‘5 for 5 in 2025,’ achieving record annual retail sales for the fifth consecutive year.”

American Honda Maintains Strong November Sales Despite Supply Challenges

  • American Honda sales totaled 102,824 units in November, keeping year-to-date sales up 1.8% despite production impacts from the industrywide semiconductor supply shortage. Both the Honda and Acura brands continue to benefit from strong sales of all-new vehicles with balanced sales across light trucks and passenger cars along with a new annual sales record from electrified models.
Honda
  • Honda brand totaled sales of 91,582 units in November, up 1.8% year-to-date driven by strong sales of light trucks and electrified models in spite of production challenges.
  • Led by record November sales of the all-new Passport, Honda light truck sales posted the 10th straight month with sales over 60,000 units.
    • Passport had a record November (4,363), up 73% YTD.
    • CR-V led all Honda models in November (29,421), with hybrid sales accounting for over 54% of sales mix.
    • HR-V (10,821) and Pilot (9,234) enjoyed strong months, while Ridgeline (3,352) and Odyssey (5,492) are both up year-to-date.
  • Honda passenger car sales neared 28,000 units, led by Civic with 17,353 units and Accord with 10,613 including over 47% hybrid mix.
    • Civic hybrid set a new November sales record of 6,426 (37% of mix).
  • Honda November sales of electrified vehicles totaled 28,258 units (30.9% of brand sales), setting a new annual record with year-to-date sales of 385,453 units.
Acura
  • Acura brand sales totaled 11,242 units in November, with 2025 sales, topping 121,000 units, up 1.9% year-to-date.
  • The gateway duo of Integra and ADX reached a best-ever combined sales of 4,781 units with ADX also posting a new monthly sales record of 2,837. ADX has already captured a segment-leading share of over 30% since its introduction this spring.
  • Acura SUV sales totaled 8,659 units in November, up 6.5% year-to-date with MDX and RDX combining for 5,800 units – their best sales month since May.
  • Acura sedan sales topped 2,500 units with Integra reaching 1,944 units in November, its best month since April, as it continues to lead its segment with 37% share.

Mazda Reports November Sales Results

IRVINE, Calif., Dec. 2, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Mazda North American Operations (MNAO) today reported total November sales of 32,909 vehicles; a decrease of 1.5 percent compared to November 2024. Year-to-date sales totaled 377,736 vehicles sold; a decrease of 1.7 percent compared to the same time last year. With 25 selling days in November, compared to 26 the year prior, the company posted an increase of 2.4 percent on a Daily Selling Rate (DSR) basis.

CPO sales totaled 6,522 vehicles in November, an increase of 1 percent compared to November 2024. Year-to-date sales totaled 69,223; an increase of .4 percent compared to the same time last year.
November 2025 sales highlights include:
  • 2nd best November since 1990 with 32,909 vehicles sold.
  • Best-ever November sales of CX-50 with 11,583 vehicles sold.
Mazda Canada, Inc., (MCI) reported November sales of 5,982 vehicles, an increase of 5 percent compared to last year. Year-to-date sales totaled 76,814 vehicles sold; an increase of 13.5 percent compared to the same time last year.

Mazda Motor de Mexico (MMdM) reported November sales of 13,810 vehicles; an increase of 1 percent compared to last year. Year-to-date sales totaled 98,161 vehicles sold; an increase of 8 percent compared to the same time last year.

IRVINE, Calif., December 1, 2025 – Kia America’s total November sales of 72,002 units guarantees the fast-growing brand will achieve its third consecutive all-time best annual sales total. Year-to-date, total sales have increased by 7-percent over 2024. To date, Kia has sold 777,152 total units in the U.S. in 2025.

5 Kia models – K5 (+64 percent); Carnival (+46 percent); Sportage (+13 percent); Telluride (+8 percent); and Sorento (+2 percent) – posted notable year-to-date through November increases, with Carnival (+49 percent); Sportage (+12-percent); and Seltos (+23 percent) each setting new month of November sales records. Year-to-date sales of Kia’s electrified models (+25 percent), sedans (+14 percent) and SUVs (+6 percent) increased over the same period last year, illustrating the popularity of the brand’s diverse range of models and powertrains.

“As consumer demand shifts, Kia’s diverse product lineup and growing hybrid portfolio has us on the verge of our third consecutive annual sales record,” said Eric Watson, vice president, sales operations, Kia America. “At the recent Los Angeles Auto Show, we unveiled the second-generation Telluride SUV featuring a more upscale design, an enhanced X-Pro model for improved off-road capability, and an all-new hybrid variant. Interest in the all-new Telluride is expanding beyond our current customer base, and we expect this positive momentum to carry into next year.”

In addition to the monthly sales performance, Kia America also made additional announcements, including:
  • Kia unveiled the next-generation 2027 Telluride SUV at the 2025 Los Angeles Auto Show. With greater overall length, more cargo space and interior roominess, along with a sanctuary-like cabin outfitted with features and materials typically found in luxury SUVs, the second-generation Telluride arrives standard with a turbocharged powertrain and will also be available with a turbocharged hybrid powertrain with up to 329 horsepower and has a rating of a Kia-estimated 35 MPG[1] combined.
  • IONNA, the joint venture and nationwide electric vehicle (EV) charging network, is celebrating a swell in the California wave, first announced last May, with a planned investment of more than $250 million in infrastructure across the Golden State over the next three years.
  • The 2026 Sportage SUV received the TOP SAFETY PICK+ (TSP+) rating in the latest crash test evaluations conducted by the U.S. Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS), the organization’s highest level of safety recognition. The designation applies to 2026 Kia Sportage models built after May 2025.

SUBARU OF AMERICA REPORTS NOVEMBER 2025 SALES

  • Crosstrek maintains top seller position for 7th month in a row
Subaru of America, Inc. (SOA) today reported 52,081 vehicle sales for November 2025 and year-to-date sales of 586,154, a 3.3 percent decrease.

Hats off to the Korean brands. I really liked the Elantra N. It was one of the cars I considered before buying my ES 350.
It was a little small and I am old. I just think a +50 year old man would look funny driving this

haha, very different from a lexus es350 and yes, ‘boy-racer’ish. kind of a left brain / right brain decision.

sonata n-line might be a good middle ground.
