I read the title and thought I was gonna have to do some flaming....but wow, I'm glad people know stuff about their cars. I was at the street races once and a 300ZX with unpainted body kit and everything was there, claiming to be turbo. i look through the kit, no FMIC, but only dual intake cones. 
Come to find it was an N/A AT. People suck sometimes.
