looks like LS400 1st gen with LS430 headlights and retrofited Q45 gatling gun HIDS. I can be wrong though.

I would assume it is a LS430 that has been reduced in width to help fit in the banner.

looks like a 01Ls430 just shrunk 2 fit ....but the pic posted aboove looks like the new ls430 little bit different front nose..
