This is correct. You would need some technical knowledge, equipment and planning. With Hyundai/ Kia any idiot on crack could steal your car. Although to SW's point, if this was any other car maker, it would be a bigger deal, regardless of the method used

Sure and those aren't the types to yolo smash every kia they see roll up in da hood when the owner goes in to buy some smokes lol!

MAJOR difference in ease of attack and ease of opportunity. I could steal an RX this way, but the local crackhead you hand $20 can't
