I don't have any of those issues. No rattles except occasionally the front seatbelt. No panel gaps, or funny sounds. Mine is 6 months old now with over 7k miles. My brother in laws Model 3 is over a year old with nearly 20k, no issues except a recall on the seatbelt which they changed right away.
Tesla has been steadily improving quality. Most of the stuff people complain about, Tesla addresses quickly. Again, it's a brand with the highest customer loyalty

I think it's around $40. Not difficult to replace supposedly, but I tend to make things more difficult than needed and I had to replace mine in August when it's about 150 degrees and 200% humidity here so I felt it was well worth the extra money to let Tesla replace it so I wasn't in my garage sweating to death.

Well, our Dec 2018 Model 3 has 16K on the clock. So far:
Blue Wally World warsher fluid $1.50 x 2 = $3
1 Conti tire with nail near the sidewall, $400 ouch!
12v battery a few months back, $120 I think; they came out and installed it in my garage.
Today I put $70 regular in the Tundra and $60 Costco premium in the GS.
FYI, not a fanboi; I love 'em all.

I've had 8 Lexus vehicles in the past and I appreciate solid build quality and reliability. I've had 3 hybrid vehicles, one being a GS 450h. The other 2: Infiniti 35h and Q70h. Both surprisingly reliable as well. They all needed oil changes and brakes etc., but no issues otherwise. Then the Volvo S90 T8 (plug in) which only needed oil changes, no problems whatsoever. Finally, the Polestar 2 (Volvo sibling). Two and a half years later, 1 visit to dealer for TCAM reset. Drove to the dealership and I waited 1.5 hrs. One flat tire which needed replacing ~$330. That's it. Won't need brakes. No rattles, excellent build quality, no misaligned body panels, no paint issues, nice comfortable, ventilated, leather seats, google automotive. A blast to drive. Savings in gas-------A LOT! Absolutely no regrets.
