There is a piece on the passenger side of the hood that rubs against the fender when I open/close the frunk. This ended up ripping part of my PPF off in that specific area. They just need to do a minor adjustment to it and repaint. It's a very small area and didn't notice it until my PPF guy pointed it out when fixing my side view film

Got the Rivian back from the shop on Friday and it coincided with a big software update that updated the handling characteristics. It feels like a whole new truck now. Importantly, it tracks straight and they were able to fix all of the little panel and vent issues that I had. With the software update, the car in all-purpose / soft suspension eats bumps in the road and the porpoising that happened previously is all but gone. I did hear from others that Sport mode got nerfed a little, but I don't drive in sport that often.

Worst part about service remains the location of the Brooklyn service center. If I run into any other issues, I'm going to try to hold on until the NJ service center opens up in (hopefully) Q1 of next year.

That's what I love about these cars. They get batter as the software is updated. My Polestar is a way better car than it was when I first took delivery. It was pretty buggy the first 5 or 6 months of owning it, but now I love it! Tesla has also made subtle improvements to the Y since I received it in May
