Family members lease for a M3 is ending Mid March, got a call from Tesla asking if he wanted to lease or buy another one. They will now waive last 2 months of payment on early return, waive disposition fee, waive $500 dollars in wear and tear (does not cover excess miles).
I continue to be impressed by the ownership experience of a computer on wheels. I think I have a faulty TPMS sensor - so I open the Tesla app and go through some service menus to start the process of scheduling service. "TPMS" is not a category of its own, so I end up typing something explaining my issue. I hit submit - the app thinks for a few seconds (I believe it's reading what I typed), then I see a wheel spinning and saying it's running diagnostics on my car. Then the app says "Your car appears to have an issue that could cause one or more TPMS systems to malfunction. Click here to schedule service."
Tesla is my only frame of reference, so I don't know if other EV's feel as "connected" and "intuitive" as this whole process feels to me. But I just continue to be impressed with how easy the experience is. In this case, the app sends a message to the car to run some sort of diagnostic test, determines I do in fact have something causing a TPMS issue and therefore I'm not reporting some bogus issue, and then allows me to schedule service. All handled and on the calendar in under 2 minutes without having to talk to anyone. Really amazing.
Everyone that bought TSLA up to the moment of this post is now in the green.
I've mostly been in the green since 2020 except for some batches of pickup's here and there since then. My last batch was @$299...so yeah I'm smiling GREEN
I'm sure there are a lot happy shorters 😆I do admit that I did sell a block (a small block) @ $357 and was hoping it would drop so I could buy more at a lower price, but Elon and Tesla seem to have other plans
