M cars are white and blue normally, it's just the colors of their headline models
There have been a couple blues that were the "featured" color for a particular M car, but I can only recall one M car where all the introductory press photos were white (and it just happens to be the latest). Of the recent ones:
G80 M3 CS: Frozen Brilliant White
G87 M2: Zandvoort Blue
G82 M4 CSL: Frozen Brooklyn Grey
G82 M4: Sao Paulo Yellow
G80 M3: Isle of Man Green
F87 M2 Comp: Hockenheim Silver
F90 M5 CS: Frozen Deep Green
F87 M2: Long Beach Blue
F90 M5: Frozen Dark Red

Fair, most every one I have seen IRL has been blue/white/black though so I guess it has just stuck with me that M=Blue BMW with some white ones mixed in.
Then you'll probably love my Grigio Telesto Pearl Metallic. Though I think the coolest color name I've found in the BMW catalog is Malachite, which is a very dark emerald green.

That's a hard one to pronounce but looks like a cool name.
Actually I'd butcher it trying to pronounce it. Lol
Lexus has a Matador Red, and oh man is it Red and plus has a cool name.
That one might sit a little while if trying to private sale, I skipped over it.
Looks good but not a daily color for me, shade is wrong for an RX350. IMO
Then there is the Lexus Black Onyx. Looks like it has a little metallic in it. Most of the ones I looked at were heavily swirled or chipped and peeling clear coat or they were sold so FAST I had no chance to look at it.
i really wanted the Black Onyx but having a change of heart on getting another black car, been there and done that.

Yes, the Lexus Matador Red is beautiful, but even it pales in comparison to the premium-red that Mazda offers. Even the images don't do it justice....you have to see it in person.

I agree Mazda's Soul Red Metallic ($595) is a great color and looks really nice on the CX-5.
