True, there is not 100% proof, but the chances of someone doing that inadvertently, and hitting the exact spot to launch the vehicle that high in the air, are very low. It would be like getting hit by lightning or wining a nationwide lottery.

My point is who in their right mind would deliberately aim for that one point? Unless one is trying to emulate Dukes of Hazard, Evil Kenievel, or the old Joey Chitwood Stunt-Driving shows (remember them?), I can't image something like that just by sheer chance.
