Really cool things about it but it looks like a minivan. I don’t see it pushing the needle at the price point it’s asking.

If this car had sliding rear doors, I would be in one. I can’t imagine my kids NOT dinging the car parked next to us.

Lease seems to be much cheaper now due to low sales. $750 or so in the last month.

That’s where it needs to go lease wise. When I looked the leases were laughably terrible.

Agreed. Lucid just needs cars on the road for live advertisement. I believe $750 ones were limited and you actually had to go into showroom and qualify for all incentives. I’m going to guess it’s about $100 or so more normally. Then you are competing with Rivian and Tesla which are “proven.”

Good luck finding one at $750. It includes the loyalty credit which most people wont have. A more realistic lease is at $850-$950 still.

yes they’ve tried to be “all things to all people” and the problem with that approach is you end up expensive. but besides questionable looks it’s a pretty amazing vehicle.

so i don't like that gigantic D pillar. i don't like the 'sunken cheek' doors. the front looks very short compared to the rest of it. actually the front wheel is too close to the front door.
apart from that it's great.

You never disappoint @bitkahuna .
I think you nailed it.

Maybe it looks ok in person but I haven't seen any in the wild yet.
