I have 5 GX470 rims with tire for sale. 4 wheels are in excellent condition with no peeling or corrosion. The spare tire and rim are not in good shape. The rim is peeling and the tire needs to be replaced. The other 4 tires are still good for a season or two depending on driving habits.
