Which place would you recommend then?
I personally like to stick with Toyota oil filter as it is cheap but tested. If there is better place to get filter and stuff I would love to know. I am using fsport intake so the air filter is washable.

I've found that anytime I look at RockAuto the shipping on bigger items tends to be huge, 200 - 300 bucks.
I ordered my a/c condenser and compressor from them. Shipping was less than $20 for each, choosing ground consolidated shipping. And they take care all the tax and duty already.

From time to time, Canadian Tire / Part Source have Mobil 1 (and other) synthetic oil filter on sale. I use synthetic oil and synthetic oil filter.
As for air filter, I use Fram / Motomaster. They go on sale from time to time as well.
As for brake fluid, Toyota/Lexus uses DOT3/4. Once again, they go on sale at Canadian Tire / Part Source.

For maintenance wise, usually use either Napa Gold oil Filters (made by WIX) or K&N Oil Filters well in the case of the IS350 cartridge filter to be exact

Then air filters, if you are keeping the stock intake, AEM Dry Flow Drop In filter is nice simple upgrade from stock, wash and reuse.

Other products, NGK Irridium for spark plugs.
