2008 IS250 Engine Start Problem
Hey guys...I am new here so please let me know if I am missing something here..
These days I started to have issue when I started my car. After I press the brake and pushed start engine button, the car would try to start and it seems to have misfire and rattle a bit then dead.
Usually my 2nd attempt would start the car but takes longer than usual to start the engine.
I found this issue often happened during hot day..
I did run OBD test and there's no error code nor any warning sign appear on my dashboard.
Did battery test and its in great condition
I am not sure if it's Starter problem or Fuel Pump...I am leaning more towards fuel pump as if it's starter issue, the car would start anyways on 1st attempt just it might take bit longer?
any suggestion? Thanks!

i had similar problem like that happened to me with my is350 on that hot week we had in vancouver... but mine wasn't as bad as yours... mine, would start but would low idle and when i brake to a stop when coiming to a light it'll reset my nav and sounds like engine gonna stall.. now its fine after that hot week... i was thinking bad gas was one of the problem for mine, might need new spark plugs and just the stupid hot weather with my car park outside....

wow I see...i will try if i can record a video of what exactly it is like..
I guess there's really no absolute fix until it got worse then the mechanics can better identify where went wrong?
what do u mean by bad gas? lol
I just changed my spark plugs 2 months ago so i ruled out that possibility.
