I have been having extreme difficulty having Lexus Canada and one of their premier dealerships admitting to the existence of Gracenote and updates to software and firmware. Specifically, live traffic and weather. Our American brothers have this. I sent screenshots from this forum showing discussions about these items. The dealer commented "Lexus Forum is just something on the internet that they and Lexus don't recognize".

Does any one out there have an IS 350 with navigation and could you send me pictures of your Gracenote software level as well as navigation software level.

I am having a difficult believing Lexus is willing to snub Canadian customers.

Didn't the former big three try that before the fell?
