Question US hs250h features for Canadians?

I'm thinking of finally replacing my very reliable but old '99 Camry and the HS looks amazing, in the US.
So many extra tech features in the US version over the Canadian version which seems silly since all the cars come from Japan anyway...
Other than going to the US to buy the car, is there any way for a Canuck to get a fully loaded HS?

Are you sure about this?

Canadian cars are the ones which have the extras in the packaging compared to the US cars, which would also explain the price differences. For instance, for the Lexus lines of cars in Canada, they have the front windsheild deicer, while some in the US, part of the line has them.

As for cars made in Japan; yes I have that same feeling as well. Few things need to take in consideration; Lexus of a different country are different entities. As per regulations of the country, the parts and specs would be tailored to them.

Unless you're planning to special order, this is a different thing because US can special order but Canada does not; they did do so at one point.

There are quite a few missing features missing from the Cdn version of the HS.
Pre-Collision System (PCS)
Intuitive Parking Assist
Dynamic Radar Cruise Control
Heads-up Display with touch-sensitive steering-wheel control status
Lane Keep Assist
Lane Departure Warning
The forward camera is missing as well if I recall.

Oh yes I see what you mean. Are you looking at Lexus.com and Lexus.ca?

Reading Lexus.com is not accurate because it lists all the possibles options which a customer could get. This does not reflect what the US region actually carries in terms of packages/options.

I have driven US HS loanders and have never seen them even on the dealership lot with the above features.

This does support in terms of what US actually carires compared to Canada in terms of package/option, Canada has more. A good example is the IS because for F-Sport package, comparing Canada and US. Canada has extra features which is bascially a subset of features which is seen a Luxury package for US.

Most likely you will have to special order a fully loaded HS to get what you are looking for.
