Dont think there's anything Lexus specific. But there's RevScene which is Vancouver specific, and a new one called NWmotiv which I havent really checked out yet.
The Canada section here on CL is pretty active though..

I think this one is probably your best bet ... We go to the revscene meets and were pretty active (relative to the other forums I'm on for the M, CL vancouver is quite active)
