I run Blizzak LM 25 V's on my IS F and love them. My F has never let me down....even in the blizzards that we've had the last few weeks. It's been great....mainly due to my 18" wheels and Blizzaks.

For the first time I am running Toyo Garit KX's this winter. Haven't had much snow experience yet... but the one significant snow fall we had so far... the tires performed well in them. But what amazes me is the dry weather performance... you can drive these tires hard... it doesn't feel like you are driving on winter tires at all.

I've used Nokian's for years before... and they give you GREAT grip in the snow... but they are very soft so the handling on your car can suffer.

i wish we had a better program with toyo canada to provide easier billing to us... kuz we'd prolly order more toyo tires if they did...

my buddy has a set of garit KX and he says they were really really good, except really really pricey... more expensive than the hakkapelliitaR... but when he bot them last september, they were the only tire in that size available...

I just received the tires yesterday. Bought them from Tirerack, as well as four OEM take-offs out of Phoenix from Ebay, and TPMS sensors from one of our members here. Haven't slapped them on yet, and won't until the weather dictates it. But they sure do look swell...

uh, it IS time to put them on! it's cold enough, and if you wait 'til it snows before you put them on, you'll be putting tires on in the snow... that's no fun.. brand new snow tires suck in the snow... gotta give them atleast 15 minutes of driving on dryish roads before they see snow... take off the storage coatings...

i can't recall, but do the LS have 2 sets of TPMS sensor storage like the IS do?

The car is in a heated garage, and with my setup, I can change out the tires in about twenty minutes. Even if I get caught in a snowstorm before I get home, the all-season tires are not bad with AWD. I really got these tires to drive inland to go skiing. I got along pretty good when we were hit with the big dump last year.

i spoze... i put my winter tires onto my car in november, when i'd wake up and it was less than 7 degrees outside...

i remember the big dump of snow last year... i was driving a 95 corolla with 4 hakka RSi... never got stuck anywhere...

i'm running hakkapelita's on my JZA80 TT Supra for the winter, unbelievable, best winter tire I have ever owned.

I'm running Hankook Icebear W300 on my GS350 AWD. I've run a set of these on my previous car (2002 Nissan Maxima SE 6MT) and they worked fine on those too.

They aren't the best tire on the market but I think for the price they aren't bad tires. I haven't been stuck with them yet (knock on wood) so they're good enough for me. They're V-rated too, in case you want to drive 240 km/h+ in the winter.
