id go for the special finish if i can get it.

the matte black looks nice, but i think over time, there is an issue which even after washing and drying, it looks like there is a water stain on them.

Go for the matte black hands down. For one, black wheels on a white car looks sick. Secondly chrome will pit/bubble,corrode over time and sooooo played out

black paint is easier to repair too if it gets chipped

I dislike chrome as it is too flashy.
I prefer the wheels in white on a white car . Black is nice but no where as hot as a white on white car.

This is really hard for me to say, since I'm generally a fan of chrome (see sig) and not really a fan of black rims, but in your case, I think your white IS would look better with the black rims than the chrome rims.
