got the decals today
a little update

version A still came out a little green, not because of the ink/pigment, but because of the medium it is printed on

anyways, there wont be charges to anyone that ordered A previously
but no one will be able to buy the As apart from the order as well since quantity is extremely limited

heres my work in progress removing the outside vinyl from the logo, the 2 on top have not been done yet but the one on the bottom is done


it isnt easy because some parts are soooo tiny and delicate and comes off with the rest of the vinyl that im trying to remove

it takes about 8-10 minutes just to do one
but anyways, ill do it for everyone

otherwise it would be $6.50 before tax from the shop if the shop does it for us

so just consider my time spent as charity

i just finished picking off vinyl for 42 sets
i started at 8pm and worked until now (1AM) almost non-stop

my eyes...
my neck...

ok next time we are ordering more, we are getting the printer to do the whole job and pay that full price

im only going to hand out the decals at the meet to get ppl to come out

P.S. I would have done my own peeling. I do model cars, so I have all the right utensils

 

ah yeah but seeing how tricky some parts are, i decided to do it for everyone since you and i are probably the only ones with the right utensils and experience

and since i started, i wanted to just do it for everyone just to be fair

anyways, got them individually cut and backing tape on them now so everything is ready

 

nice. Now just clean the windows and post your decal...
