There's a break on Thurs/Fri and it'll warm up so we might get showers instead of flurries. This will give them some time to clean up the streets. The next one is Sun (they say snow but we'll see if the forecast changes to rain)

Heh, I've done lots of winter driving with other cars...front wheel drives. But this thing...oh my god, it just WONT go. the slightest bit of snow, and BAM, no traction at all.

whatever, wasnt meant for snow anyways.

 

im still driving fine with all-seasons too
im just extra careful and sensitive when it comes to throttle control whenever there is snow
but i havent tried driving today
dont feel like risking it
ill have to head up to burnaby mountain tomorrow though

hope we all will be safe throughout this snow storm

so um, slightly back to topic ... where are we with respect to this midnight meet? is it only if theres no snow downtown or what?

 

i'd go but if i dont think i can gte my car out of the driveway...whichever way i go i must go uphill before getting out

 

i am in the same situation...I need some rain before i can move my car out of my hill.

 

so maybe we push this back a week or two? ... cos i dont see the foot of snow on my street going away with just a little bit of rain ... and i suspect many of you guys are in the same situation
