this is what i'm thinking ... and if other clubs [mr2, club lex in WA, sficc, ubcicc, etc] are having meets can think about crashing them or something

i dont like crashing other ppl's events unless we all know them well

i still like the idea of having a sponsorship to our club once it gets big enuf
then we could have a dealership hosting some fun events for us at their dealerships or something

 

well, if its a formal invite u want i can get us invited ... that way its less like crashing and more like joining?

Yeah, since hearing all these, i agree with the once-in-two-months meets so that it doesn't get too boring. And that event thing would be great too~ if we could organize it-

i just recently reviewed upcoming movies and realized (personally) that there are quite a few good movies i'll be wanting to see... anyone wanna get together and do a movie meet? or maybe go to the drive-in (anybody have a GS/LS w/ mark levinson that we can pile into )?

this sounds like a nifty idea, meets are better when they're a little creative ... logistics: drive-ins are located where? [do we even have any left? i kno there used to b one in white rock] ... i had a second logistic point but i forgot when i started thinking a drive-in even is

Yup, it still exists altho a little further than it used to so it might not be desirable, altho u gotta admit it'd be cool to roll in as a group
