To all ClubLexus fellow members:

If you LOVE your Lexus & no matter which year & model you own than pls take my advise & warn all your friends/family members/Co-Workers to never set foot inside Open Road Lexus in Port Moody.

-Poor Customer Service,
-All the Mechanics have no idea what they are doing as they must be all Rookies & instead of dealing with the issue, they like to point the blame on you & wont fix the real problem.
-Service Manager won't help you either

Don't believe me to pls read my recent post(Below) or try doing your own homework by asking anyone that owns a Lexus or doing some research online:

https://www.clublexus.com/forums/es-...lights-on.html

REGENCY LEXUS Service in Vancouver(620 Evans street, Vancouver, BC (604) 256-5645) is The place your looking for if you want your Lexus to be serviced right the first time; Yes it's out of the way for some of us that live outside of Van, but if you care enough for your investments & want the job done right the first time.......than don't hesitate to make an appointment with REGENCY LEXUS in Vancouver.

I actually had the opposite. Bought my rx350 from regency under warranty, wouldn't fix or figure out the problem with my steering rack and practically told me to take it up with Lexus. Took my car to open road Richmond found the problem and replace. I didn't even buy the car from them and they fixed it. I also bought a nx from regency recently and refuse to talk to the one of the service advisory that pretty much didn't help me with the rx.

Thumbs down

Your talking about Open Road Lexus in Richmond, right!....I'm talking about Regency Lexus in Vancouver.

Keep in mind that every Lexus location is different.

As per my own experience & reading others online that I'm not the only person whom have had bad experience dealing with OPEN ROAD LEXUS in PORT MOODY.

i never had a bad experience with Regency Lexus Service Dept or Open Road Lexus Richmond Service Dept, but i never been to Open Road Lexus Port Moody before so i won't know... well other than that there was only one time at OP richmond which they didn't fix one of my recall as they were supposed to, but i really don't care cuz it was the stupid wipers recall on the IS350 which is a pointless recall.... but they do have good people at parts dept i always go there to buy parts, they gave me discount if parts aren't available or if it arrived later than it should from toyota...

Everyone will have there bad experience but usually once my warranty is up. I stop goin to the dealer and go elsewhere to get a better deal.
