I've never been to a meet but definitely into it. Also willing to help organize, although I have a bit of travel booked in Sept. It's difficult to gauge what the attendance might look like. How big do we want to make this? That would factor into what kind of activities there might be, the need for sponsorship, etc. Having our friends from the US come up here would be great!

That's a good drive, I've seen a bunch of Vipers running through there once. For the initial meeting place it would be nice to get something near an automall - ideally near a Lexus dealership. Or, if we're doing a morning start, perhaps near some good coffee place. We'll need a very large lot since I couldn't guess what kind of attendance we'll see. Maybe even a school might let us use their parking lot on the weekend.

theres lots of backroads there and also a lexus dealership although not my prefered dealership

OpenRoad is just so much better...

i dont think there are that many vancouver CL members to be worrying about a big parking lot

I am definately down with a meet.

On the topic of meets though...anybody going to the Revscene meet on the 27th of August? We should have a CL group somewhere and park all of our cars together. Its at the Silvercity Richmond lower lot. Should be close to 350-400 cars there !!!
