I bought a sc400 instrument cluster form chinoty and it works just as promised.
Chonoty is a good seller and you can trust his word

 

he's a fruad he claimed he only takes money orders so i sent him a money order for a pair of door hinges. Its been months and i've gotten nothing. He claims he shipped it but he never had a tracking number to prove it.
