I posted up a thread for wtb "Green Tinted Headlights". He contacted me via PM......saying he had a pair, the right side practically brand new and the left side had some scratches. I should have known but didn't take heed, when the pics he sent me was another picture from maybe like EBAY, and the pic for the left side was tilted up so you couldn't see the marker. Well, both headlights that were shipped had Black majic marker drawn out to outline some eye lids that he probably was going to make. Scratches on both, but the most important "Condensation" in the headlights. Yup, you could see that these lights had condensation problems, the right side not so bad, but jeez the left was very obvious.........long story short, I asked to go half on the left side that a CL member was selling, in which he agreed. Well, the selller had sold it to someone else being it took so long for (Jeff) to respond back! With soo much hassling and him ignoring me, I decided to just try to recoupe at least $75.00. After he agreed to send the $75.00, this is going on 3 weeks now and mail doesn't take 3 weeks from GA. to MD, I've yet to see anything or hear from him. His last response was "I sent it out, check the mail today if you don't receive it I'll send another and cancel the original, if I receive it before then rip it up dated 04/28/2005. Don't buy from this guy he is a big CON. Items are not as described! Be warned!!! You live and you learn.

i have not heard from you in a week as of today. you have my number, my address and my email. i have not heard one complaint from you other than there was a little water in the passenger light but that you said it did not seem to leak now. i did agree to 75.00 bucks to you and sent to to you. you told me if you did not have by friday it was lost and i would send it out again. next thing i know you are posting this crap on cl? fine keep you light and i will not resend anything to you. just trying to help you out. you mention only one problem to me and then post additional problems here.

not a problem as they say you got a great deal and then wanted money back which i agreed to. But not contacting me for a week and then doing this is not the way to handle it

and as far a being a big CON tell me this. Why would you want to keep a light that had water in it instead of returning it. YOUR idea was to have 75.00 returned to you. not mine. so again I HAVE CONNED YOU? HA!

 

I've sent email everyday this week, and you haven't responded to any! Mighty funny you can answer here but you can't answer any of my emails. Look at your email, which ever one you have, but hey in my email I told you I was going to send the fricking lights back to you, oh yah, that's the one of many that you have ignored. I told you about all the problems, and you seem to just ignore them as well......send the $75.00 bucks and I'll call off my cousins. Oh yah, that was in the email as well, you know with your address. By the way, I told you the problem was in the driver side, not the passenger side, you know the one you claimed was practically brand new! So are you going to tell why the majic marker marks that were on the headlight, that you negelected to mention prior to shipment? You said you sent out the money last Monday 04.25.2005, and here it is May 06, nothing from you..........as far as your phone number, don't you think I would have called you by now *******?

beaussc300 - From the conversation on both sides it appears you admit you did agreed to pay $75 to RU-INAW that has not happened for whatever reason (lost in mail, etc), I hope to receive a PM that will allow me to edit/update this thread adding closure to that payment letting folks know you made good on your word.
